independent businessman since 1967, corporate persident, ex-professional race car driver and mechanic, award winning Trans-Pacific sailor, ex-professional athlete, freelance writer and photojournalist since 1982, columnist and published book author, webmaster, photographer, videographer, marketer for other's businesses, chamber of commerce president, jack of all trades and master of many. Author's note: Some feel it's necessary for the writer to state all his sources of information. Mine have been gathered over a twenty-five year period while writing articles about health, wellness and fitness. They've come from Olympic training camp seminars I've attended, information my wife shared that she had gotten in massage school and during yoga certification, from doctors, nurses and chiropractors I've known as associates and training partners and from students in my classes and classes I've attended that my wife has taught. Some of my sources have been alternative health practitioners, Shamans and hands on healers. Our library fluctuates in size between one that would rival a small town library to stripped down versions which we can take when we teach at resorts and spas. Some sources have been eliminated from our library and are only notes in books and on discs with no references to the originator. We do that from time to time to save space and it allows us to eliminate "stuff" from our lives. Some of my information comes from the universal mind stream that's always out there for us to tap into, if we're aware. If my sources are available, accurate and verifiable, they'll be stated in the article text or as footnotes at the end.
