Thank you for taking the time to check out my Hub Page! I am a real estate broker for The Bean Group, LLC specializing in Exeter NH Real Estate. Most of my working career has been in real estate. In fact, you might say that I started at the young age of nine years old. My mother Susanne worked as a full-time Realtor in southern Illinois, where I helped out wherever I could. There weren't too many other nine-year-olds scouting For Sale Buy Owner signs. My first official real estate position was at age sixteen, when I began working as a receptionist for a local broker. Although I did work for a time as an archeologist after college, I eventually returned to real estate and it has become a real passion for me--mainly because of the people I've met over the years. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers to make their real estate experience a pleasant one. On the buyer side, I understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will every make. I am also aware of the importance to sellers of obtaining the best price as quickly as possible.

My husband and I moved to Exeter, New Hampshire in 1999. And we both fell in love with the area. The Seacoast Region of New Hampshire is a beautiful place which I am proud to call home.

I pride myself on my wide range of experience in the business of buying and selling homes.
