Liam O'Malley on HubPages

I am a 27 year old guy who lives in DC, works in the technology sector for non-profits, and loves to cook.

I will be planning on writing mostly about cooking and recipes. Of course, I have many other interests and hobbies that I'm sure will also see expression here in my HubPages, such as reading and music.

A lot of my recipes will likely contain measurements like "a little bit of this," or "a lot more of that." I like to see cooking always as a work in progress, and I think everyone should make their own marks on the food they cook. I believe this also makes each iteration of a dish more of a learning experience for the person who prepares it, and it teaches better use of ingredients.

Bottom line is though, I'm just a guy that likes to cook. No formal training or anything. I hope you enjoy my sharing of the things I love.
