After having had back problems for nearly 20 years I've discovered, with the help of many medical doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors, a number of creative ways to relieve back pain through exercise, lifestyle changes and pampering.  I thought this might be a good place to share some of my tips in the hopes that they might help someone else in overcoming back pain.
