I'm a recovering IT project manager and have been in charge of multi-million dollar projects from 1987 through 2003.  My parent company was in Paris, France and business trips allowed me to visit family in Normandy. 

I was certified an Electronic Document Professional by the Xplor International Organization in 1994, and served on Xplors Board of Directors for 4 years, and on the Board's executive committee for 2 years.  Being a road warrior, I woke up one morning and didn't know where I was, and more importantly, where the bathroom was.  There had to be a better way to live. 

I've been a rehabber since 1991.  It took me several years to figure out I could do this for a living, and my real estate hobby became my passion.  I got my real estate agent license in 2003 to help with my investing, and to create another line of business.  To date, I have 5 distinct lines of business: 

#1 - Realtor - I'm a licensed real estate agent in the great state of Texas, currently affiliated with Century 21 Judge Fite in Dallas.  I do very little traditional real estate.  My primary business comes from short sales, which I work with my partner and team.  I also work with fellow investors and perform BPOs for hard money lenders in the DFW metroplex. 

#2 - Investor - I am a real estate investor, buying and selling real estate through my entities.  I buy primarily in the DFW area, and am branching out to other parts of the country. 

#3 - Property Management - I am a property manager, as my rentals require servicing.  I also coordinate maintenance for my out of state clients who invest in the DFW area. 

#4 - Energy Company - I have Ambit Energy as all my clients use electricity and/or gas!  We are currently licensed in Texas, New York and Illinois.

#5 - Education - I work as an educator, my true passion!  I train my fellow real estate agents on non-traditional programs to help them think outside the box.  I have worked with investors for years, teaching them how to either start investing, or improve their business. 

I have worked with several real estate gurus:  Ron LeGrand, Lee Arnold, Jayme Kahla, Bob Leonetti and Roland Frasier.  I am currently affiliated with Bob, Jayme and Roland through the Real Estate Profit Coach.  We have monthly seminars throughout the continental United States, weekly teleconferences for our inner circle students to keep them on track, and monthly teleconferences with Bob and Jayme. 

I love to surround myself with high-energy, focused people that challenge me, forcing me to take my game to the next level.  I believe in empowerment and my largest frustration is all the perpetual procrastinators that have every reason in the world why they are not where they want to be in life.  My advice to them:  Put yourself out there in the path of success - whatever your definition of success is.  In the words of Yoda, Jedi Master "Try you musn't.  Do you must!"

I have been married to my wonderful husband since 1990, and have one terrific son.  We have a household full of animals (no, not my husband and son!) which currently include 3 Siamese cats, 2 Chihuahuas and a 50 gallon fish tank including a 6 year old Cory.
