I am the Head Instructor and Director of Kapatid Martial Arts Academy. I enrolled in the martial arts at the age of 10 at my mother’s request, in order for me to learn discipline.
I grew up in San Francisco, CA, where my training in karate began. I moved to NY in 1993 and have been teaching martial arts since then.
I currently hold the rank of Full Instructor in the Filipino Martial Arts and a Black Belt Instructor in Okinawan Karate and Weaponry. I also has train in several other martial arts such as Indonesian Silat, Thai Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, and Submission Grappling.
