I am a person who has various interests. When something moves me, I like to express it. My main way of expression has always been and will continue to be through music. I am a piano player and have been all my life. Piano playing, not keyboard, is a major part of who I am as a person. I play piano by ear or can use music when needed. I believe every true piano player must have his own style of playing.

My biggest influences in piano have been Ronnie Milsap, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elton John, Billy Joel, Floyd Cramer and the late great Anthony Burger. One of life’s greatest honors for me was getting to meet, know and hang out with Anthony Burger at many of the Gaither Homecoming Concerts, his personal concerts as well as The Trio concerts. N.F.L. Football is another interest I have. I look forward to every season and have become a very huge fan and participate in Fantasy Football. I love the challenge and the competition of this every week. I will write articles about this also.

I am A Man Who Loves To Cook! I enjoy creating my own creations with recipes. I love hot & spicy foods the best. There is not a recipe out there that I will not experiment with to make better! I love to start from scratch and create a new recipe that no one else has. You will find most of my personal creations to be more of a Mexican and Italian style. I will mix the two food cultures to invent an original style I call Mex-Itali Cooking.

I have finally decided to share some of these recipes and also try to get others see that cooking can be fun, not a chore we have to endure. From making a Mexican meal, Italian cuisine or traditional American dinners, you can be a chef in your own kitchen. I also write articles about cooking on a blog I use. A Man Who Cooks 

I am a Master Electrician by trade. I worked my way up from the very beginning. I went through the 4 year apprenticeship of A.B.C. (Associated Builders & Contractors) I have worked for several larger Electrical Contractors in a Supervisor position. I also do self-contracting and have plans to start my own contracting business.

New construction to me is like a jig-saw puzzle, which is another hobby I love. I enjoy the starting with nothing, piecing all the components together to achieve the desired result. The teaching of others in the trade is a great feeling when you see them grow and become leaders themselves.

I hope you enjoy and even learn something from my writings. I will cover topics from Cooking, Football, Entertainment, some Social & Political Issues, humor/comedy as well add some "how to" articles. I plan to write some about "electrical in the home" and "how to install electrical devices and fixtures" articles for the self-doers.
