I've always loved music and started teaching the guitar at age 16. At age 17, my teacher went to Europe and gave me all of her guitar students. I majored in Guitar Performance at CSUN and USC.
Music is just a wonderful gift to share and I've had that opportunity to teach and perform as a passion and career.
I have also been a Christian since age 17. I've always viewed teaching as a God given gift. Everyone has special gifts and it's rewarding to use them.
Hobbies? I love to read, enjoy hiking with friends, love leading worship at Bible Studies and in various Church Settings, enjoy animals, am into healthy eating. I prefer to eat foods that God made. That's a pretty large selection to choose from too.
For example, look at just the varieties of squash! Man-made additives don't work very well in our bodies. I'm not a vegetarian, but even with meat, prefer foods without added antibiotics, etc.
Currently I produce guitar instructional materials. My main website is WorshipGuitarClass.com. I recently filmed worship guitar lessons for little kids and that is at KidsWorshipGuitar.com.
