New Day on HubPages

New Day is my pen name here at HubPages. I have traveled all over the world as a young girl, and particularly love visiting Italy. Now that I am nearly 40 years old, I have life experiences to share - both as a mom, and as a married professional with a graduate degree.  I publish freelance articles, and also work full-time outside of the home.

My other interests are cooking, exercising and learning to take care of my health.  I would love to set a good, healthy example for my children of the proper way to care for our bodies.
