I'm a born optimist. In 2001 I rediscovered yoga and meditation and haven't looked back. I am now a qualified Yoga Teacher and teach adults and young people yoga and meditation. In recent years I trained as a Polarity Therapist and am now able to offer holistic bodywork treatments. Polarity Therapy is a natural health care system. As well as nutritional advise and polarity yoga exercises, polarity offers a gentle form of hands-on healing which helps you release emotional pain and physical tension - so you feel stronger, happier and more in control of life events.
My desire is to inspire and support you on your journey ~ sometimes a quiet, gentle word is all we need to make it another GREAT DAY!
I'm also a proud mother of three creative teenage daughters, who keep me fully living in the NOW!

Oh my goodness, I just had to join your fanclub when I saw your request for a hub on how to get a teenaged daughter to clean her room! Mostly because I'm a teenaged daughter who desperately needs to clean her room, but for the life of her, just can't. xD I'm willing to bet if I showed you pictures of my room, you'd be thankful for how TIDY your daughter's room is!
