I sing. I act. I read a lot. I write about it.

I have a degree in English. I'm pursuing my Masters, and I do a little acting and singing on the side. My favorite authors include Shakespeare, the Brontes, Jane Austen, Anne Rice, and Jasper Fforde. And I don't just read them; I LOVE them.

I love musicals, and theatre and music criticism is my hobby. The Phantom of the Opera is my favorite musical of all time, but I am also a huge fan of Sondheim, Schwarze, Wildhorn, and other Webber's. But I think Jason Robert Brown is God's gift to musical theatre.

I really love German musicals, classic novels, Byronic heroes, Greek mythology, and men who sing. These things might come up when I write.

Also, don't let the profile picture frighten you. I was recently in a production of Sweeney Todd, and my friend took this lovely black and white to show me how creepy I looked in make-up.
