Shipping
All shipping rates are UPS real time rates and are calculated at the shopping cart at checkout. For a limited time, Internet Orders over $100 are shipped FREE via UPS Ground. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase date. You must first obtain an RMA number prior to returning merchandise. You may contact us at jared@qvsmarketing.com to request an RMA number. Return shipping fees will paid by the customer. Merchandise must be returned in original box and packing materials. Once merchandise is received, inspected and verified in new and re-sellable condition, you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Product Warranty
All merchandise comes with a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Any defective item will be replaced at no cost within 30 calendar days of date of purchase.
