I am originally from the Jersey Shore, and now live in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I am a full time student and currently work full time doing mostly real estate sales and swimming pool design and sales.
I am a licensed Realtor and do my best to keep up with a local real estate blog, but I have many other interests. They include: marketing, finance, pets, interior decorating, design, scuba diving, the beach, wildlife, biology, cooking (that's a relatively new hobby), orchids, gardening, protecting our prescious environment and so much more. I've decided to use hubpages as a place where I can write about and learn about all of the various things I love.

The housing market is hitting alot of young people and causing them to file bankruptcy,which will set them at a lower lever on the borrowing chain for a long time,which will keep the economy alot lower.
