Rick Baldwin is Owner and Creative Director of Imagination Atmospheres, a themed environments company located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With a background in technical theatre, airbrush art and cartooning, Rick's theming designs are fun, exciting a dramatic and have been a favorite to kids across the country. His airbrush work has been featured in Airbrush Action Magazine and his cartoon strip "Outta Toon" appeared for almost 20 years in CCM Magazine and Christian Musician Magazine. He is currently cartoonist for Chattanooga Pulse and Chatter Magazine.
