My heart lives in the mountains but my body lives below sea level in Florida. My passion is 'nature' - the beauty of songbirds, flowers, sunsets, rolling hills and green valleys. I love to create beautiful things like gardens, poems, desserts, and crafty things like afghans, doll furniture and the lost art of macrame'. I am an old soul (and catching up in years) with appreciation for the grace, simplicity and dignity of the past. But I do admit to enjoying the ammenities of today such as cyberspace, cell phones, and DVD's. :)
