A little background for those of you still curious about why I'm sharing my tips and tricks on this site.
In 2007, I opened my coaching practice and ingeniously named it: The Contractor’s Business Coach. I walk contractors throught the changes needed to transform their business into highly profitable operations.
I understand how difficult it is to run a business in the construction industry and I know how to make a company grow profitably.
Due to my somewhat unusual background, I have a rare understanding of the motives and behaviors of the players in the construction industry. Especially those who are driven to own a company in this insane industry.
I have worn many hats in the construction industry: design engineer, general manager of multiple construction companies, owner's representative, and business consultant.
My credentials include a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a PE license, and a Masters of Business Administration.
