I'm a freelance author who often writes from the road since I'm a devoted road tripper.

I've visited all but 5 U.S. States and 1 Canadian Provence.

However, it's only a matter of time before I have both North and South America covered.

Also by profession I'm a registered nurse whose specialty areas are in psychological counseling, early childhood development, pregnancy, labor, and lactation coaching, neonatology, and counseling teens on sexual issues, behavior, and contraception.

For fun I'm a personal fitness trainer for high energy dogs, and an advocate for animal enrichment programs for pets, shelters and zoos.

I've made regular contributions to The Chicken Soup for the Soul Series, Haruah Magazine, and assorted newspapers with what others discribe as life lessons neatly packaged in heartwarming stories.
