My writing career started on a westward camping trip.  To endure the hours of driving, my sister and I compiled an amazing list of things you shouldn't do while cross-country driving or camping.  We thought it was the best thing ever! Countless short vignettes where accompanied with sketches to better explain.  The list was cherished and created many a conversation around the campfire at night.  It was lost at a K.O.A. near Oklahoma.

From there, I created short stories along with crayon and color pencil illustrations, a large amount of poetry and desperate creative writing pieces in high school, and attempted to write editorial opinion pages at the university newspaper.  Nothing really got much praise or attention, but it was sure fun!

Today, I am a new mother living in the Bay Area with too many opinions, a wonderful knowledge of pointless information, and some extra time on my hands.  I came across hubpages, and have found myself addicted to writing about randomness. Thank you for checking me out!
