Hi, I'm Alycia.  Our eldest son has several related disabilities such as Apraxia of Speech, learning disabilities, sensory issues, and ADD. In the process of providing him with the therapy he needed we learned a lot about child development and decided to use that information to help others. As a result we started SensoryEdge in 2003 and have grown the site to include kids furniture for homes and classrooms, educational toys, classroom rugs, and waiting room products for doctor's offices and wait areas.

On a personal note I love books by Diana Gabaldon, Pilates, and all things Harry Potter.
