Snow in the Know

I am a speaker, trainer and the author of the bestselling personal finance book series: "Stop Sitting on Your Assets."

My eclectic background has a foundation of education as a scientist, followed by marketing in both the educational publishing industry and in the college and university field.

I made the leap to the mortgage banking industry and became a financial analyst and head underwriter for a Chicago banking firm. For nearly 20 years, I was priviledged to view the entire inside financial picture of thousands upon thousands of individuals ... including some very affluent people.

What did I discover? Those very affluent folks, leveraging upon some extremely high-level and highly-paid advisors, were doing very different things with their money, their borrowing, their properties and the placement of their assets.

In my research, I discovered some very recent financial products, changes in tax laws and some new ways to borrow that have made those previously exclusive financial tactics formerly reserved for only the very wealthy .... now available to just about anyone.

And the average person can apply these strategies safely, securely and achieve amazing results! This was the basis for the writing of the first book in the "Stop Sitting on Your Assets" series.

My other loves, hobbies and interests include: Quantum Physics, healthy pH raising foods, Craftsman-style architecture, pottery and furniture, hand-knotted rugs and historical travel.

My musical tastes include the Beatles, Josh Grobin, Michael Buble and James Ingram. I played a woodwind instrument and have a son who plays viola, so I have a great love of chamber music and appreciation for the symphony.
