From Morecambe to Kastori

A native Lancastrian, Sufidreamer obtained a degree in Marine Biology, studying in Scotland and Sweden. After graduation, he worked in the building trade and volunteered to work on an RSPB nature reserve. Fortune smiled on him, and he found his dream job at a trout farm in the beautiful Republic of Ireland, just down the road from the Blarney Stone. There, he spent two wonderful Guinness-fuelled years, playing Gaelic Football and indulging his passion of drawing. Sadly, redundancy called, so he returned to England, where he ended up on the corporate grind. The next few years were spent working for a major supermarket chain, a health store and in a hardware store.

Thoroughly disillusioned with the corporate backstabbing and stress, Sufidreamer and his partner, Denny, decided to take a sideways step out of the system. They moved to the beautiful Peloponnese, bought a house in the mountains, and continue to live the simple life. Here, amongst the unique wildlife and wonderful people, he seeks inspiration from the muses. Sufidreamer's days are spent writing, enjoying Greek food and Ouzo, and attempting to murder the Greek language.
