Husband, father, technical writer for a Silicon Valley computer company - in many ways I'm just an ordinary guy, with ordinary labels. I have not had psychic experiences at an early age, haven't seen ghosts, predicted the future, or had visions. But I've always had a somewhat open mind, a belief in God, and a willingness to explore things of a spiritual and metaphysical nature. On brief occasions, I see the witness consciousness behind the labels, too.
But this exploration has led me to be involved with the Jehovah's Witnesses for a number of years, to studying the teachings of the Astara Mystery School, to becoming a Kriya Yoga initiate.
The nature of reality and consciousness is my current preoccupation. And I've discovered that the use of plant entheogens is a valuable tool in exploring the mind.
