I'm a 20-year newspaper veteran who took a leap of faith into full-time freelance sports writing in 2003 and to work on my book projects. I've written four books so far, "Cold Wars: 40+ Years of Packer-Viking Rivalry," "Great Moments in Wisconsin Sports," "Baseball in Beertown: America's Pastime in Milwaukee," and "Blood, Sweat and Cheers: Great Football Rivalries of the Big Ten." We have two wonderful children, Trevor and Rachel. I enjoy walking/hiking, going to movies, eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant and hopefully those best-selling novels will come together some day!
