I was born in Moundsville, WV on 9/11/1946. I still live in Moundsville. I am retired do to a disability from nerve damage caused by shingles.
I am a graduate of West Virginia University (BSEE) in 1968. I always worked in industry. From 1969 to 1976 I worked in the power industry (coal fired power plant). From 1976 to 1979 I worked in the chemical industry(coal distillation). from 1979 to 1996 I worked in the aluminum industry (Rolling mill, secondary smelter). From 1996 to 2004 I worked for an OEM we designed, built, and installed equipment for the secondary aluminum industry. During this time I traveled extensively in the European Union ( UK, France, Germany, Austria, Greece, and Italy)
I have two daughters who live in this area. They have given me five grandchildren.
I enjoy politics, economics, history, technological issues, sports, pets, some movies, but mostly spending time with my family.
THAT 2 YEAR OLD STILL LIVES INSIDE ME!

Your Grandfather sounds a lot like my relatives living and dead, they didn't mind being on the wrong side of an issue or the right end of a rifle! Of course most of them are dead now but they were entertaining!
