I actually labored over what to say here.  In some people's opinion I'm sure I have done far too much to mention.  In other's view I have done far too little.  My goal here is to help where I can, have fun when I can and I'd like to remind both the reader and myself about how precious every moment is even when it's not that great.  I am a writer, a film and television professional, a teacher life coach to the incarcerated and their families and I'm interested in using trash in unique ways so I might write about all those things.  I also get out in the world and try stuff and if I come across anything worth while I will write about that.  I have a husband, two grown children, one grand daughter, a mom, a few friends and 2 dogs and they all have me.  I hope you enjoy what ever I write.  If you don't like it...well, I always have my dogs. :)
