As a defense attorney that helps big business defend lawsuits filed by employees, I was horrified when my own sister became the victim of a bully boss who subjected her to a hostile work environment. Long story short, I coached her through how to fight back, and she settled with her company for over $50,000. It was the most rewarding thing I'd ever done as a lawyer. So now I'm switching sides, and helping people like my sister who need to learn how to use the law to fight back, end a hostile workplace, and keep their jobs, without hiring a $300/hr lawyer.
