WeddingConsultant on HubPages
My name is Pete and I am currently studying for my Master's of Theology, I'm married and we just had our FIRST child on April 24th!
I also got involved at Simpleflix recently (very interesting site offering free movie tickets), so I have very little free time to speak of these days!
Having said all that, my goal is to be an active contributer to hubpages.com. I think the website is fantastic and am looking forward to listening to everyone's experiences, contributing my own thoughts and getting information from fellow hubbers!
I noticed that most people write very little about why they chose their user names, so I thought I'd explain mine. I recently started at a new job working for my mother-in-law. Before you have a heart attack, I'll tell you it's been a great job so far and has been nothing but a blessing, not a curse! Her business is called Designcrafters which also owns this Wedding Invitations Website (where I primarily work) and this Birth Announcements Website (still working on this one). I am now working primarily for the wedding site and am a wedding consultant, hence the user name.
Prior to this job, I worked for loss prevention as an undercover shopper busting thieves for a major retail chain. Along with that job has come lots of fun stories, battle wounds and good times. If you ever need a good story, drop me an email!
Wish me luck on all the future endeavors I have ahead of me! I look forward to reading your hubs, and no, contrary to popular opinion, hubpages did NOT pay me to promote their website!

I don't know about you, Wedding Consultant. A student of theology, working at a church-and former LP guy? Sounds like a definite conflict of interest.
