I am a self-taught artist. I have never gone to school, or have been professionally trained. Art to me is very personal and I believe it comes from a deep part of our soul. Since early childhood, I knew I wanted to be an Artist. That motivated and encouraged me to work with different media's of art including sketching, pen and ink, working with pastels, writing, photography, painting and computer art.

A dream come true for me; was when a publication company wanted to use one of my pictures in a deck of Inspirational Cards they were designing. When I win awards or when a piece that I created is purchased, of course I honor the monetary aspect of it, but knowing something I created will be hanging in a home or given as a gift, really brings the true honor of being an artist to life for me.  I have my art mainly on two site:  FineArt and also my Zazzle Gallery

Since I have been involved with the paranormal most of my life I write a lot about the paranormal and spooky things.  I do have a personal blog where I list all of my "Halloween" writings at:  WhiteOak's Halloween
