Congrats on being a new parent! Babies are wonderful, and they don't get in to anything yet, so a bonus.
I saw your question about starting a website online with no capital. It depends what your interest is and passion, but I would suggest finding something you are very passionate about and going from there.
Websites are out. Blogs are the way to go. There are many tools out there to get started. Let me know what you had in mind, store, e book etc. And I will send you some resources.
