Hi! I am a chauffeur, chef and zookeeper (aka mom) on the verge of the next stage of my life: empty nesting! My youngest child is a freshman in high school and my oldest begins college in the fall, so my focus right now is thinking about what comes next. My family enjoys food, wine and travel and we make a premium pinot noir called Soliste. (www.soliste.com) We live in gorgeous Sonoma County and find joy every day in the scenery, the people and the cows. I am a major dog lover and have done rescue work for hard-to-place breeds (you know the ones- the scary dogs!) The stone dog above lives in Burgundy, France and looks a lot like my dog, Chip.
