I’m a 23 year old MFA student at Rutgers Newark. I’ve just barely completed the first draft of my first novel/MFA thesis. Whew. I teach English Comp to freshmen. I play in a black metal band. I'm from Vancouver, BC.

I’m new to the hubbing world but not new to the intertubes, where I have successfully lurked for years, plotting. And more plotting. Eventually, I caved, but it’s all part of the grand plot, honest. This hub will primarily be nonfiction articles/larger ruminations that are too large for my regular blog, which has a personal component to it. I don't particularly care about making money through my hubs, so they're intended as a platform for the things I care about.
