55 year old basketweaver, fiber artist, raised in the NW. Mother of a 20 year old son. I was born to a family with so many autistic individuals that I just refer to us as the autistic family (or sometimes "a bowl of mixed nuts"). None of us were exposed to the suspect vaccines at an early age, especially our late father who played the sousaphone for the Admiral's band in WW2. I promise that autism will not be the focus of all my writing and that I will not be pushing an agenda that blames medical science for my family's unique mixed heartache/blessing.
