Glad you took a second to check me out! I've been the type of person whose life is an open book for most of my life. Recently, I've decided to use that characteristic to help others by writing about my journey to a healthy body, a healthy mind, healthy love life, healthy (and wealthy) pockets, healthy spirit, and essentially a healthy existence on this earth. As I begin to put out hubs, you will start to learn more about this journey!

If you see my "user name" - drcassandraa - and aren't sure what it means, it's Dr. Cassandra A. Yes, I am a Dr., no I'm not a medical doctor (MD). I have a Ph.D. in biostatistics (statistical methods in public health, medicine, & biology) and a minor in Social Epidemiology (the study of social determinants - poverty, racism, discrimination, income inequality - on disease outcomes) from a very well known Ivy League institution. Do I think this makes me know it all - ABSOLUTELY NOT! I am a student of life for the rest of my life and am always learning and seeking to share what I learn with others.

I will be honest though, some of what I put out, will be purely for entertainment for me! I love SHOES, FASHION, JEWELRY and COOKING - so there will be plenty in those categories for you to read as well!
