Hi my name is Paul Duncan. I am an author and a partner in a weight loss/health site.

My background is in counselling and psychology. I have been helping people to lose weight for about 5 years now,focusing more on the psychological aspects rather than the nutritional side of things.

I am a strong believer in how powerful a role a persons mind plays in losing weight, My clients have had some great success after years of failing to lose weight.

It is a question o0f a persons mental approach that will make the difference anfd not what weight loss product they are using.

Anyway enough of that, I love what I do and that is helping people. My hobbies are mountaineering,travel,writing,and learning all i can about anything that interests me.

I don't drink, although i was a beast for it many years ago,I guess i just got bored with it.

Spare time is spent getting beat up by my 2 bull mastiffs (I let them do that just to build up their confidence).
