I am a leadership development consultant who spends about 50% of my time providing workshops ans seminars to organizations, as well as I speak at conferences...
... and the other 50% of my time is spent on coaching (leaderhsip development, conflict management, performance management, etc.) and managing my online sales (assessments, workshops-in-a-box, facilitator kits, and other HR, consulting, coaching, etc. related tools).
