Please allow me to introduce myself.

1) I am the owner of ProAPOD - a real estate investment software solution I developed as a real estate broker in 2000 so agents and investors would have a "fast, easy, and concise" software solution for rental property analysis.

2) I write real estate investing articles and post them on my blog at Real Estate Investment Software Blog so agents and investors can freely learn about real estate investing.

3) I designed and maintain a website that collects rss feeds from around the web so agents and investors can read the latest real estate news and real estate articles.

4) I am a Christian who has taught and written a commentary on the Book of Revelation (Jesus Christ is my primary passion :) as well as maintain a website where Christians can freely learn the revelation.

4) I am a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, was a member on their intial baseball "club", and during that period formed a band now regarded as a "garage band" circa 1964 called the Syndicate.
