Hi, I have been a Chef for just over 10 years and I am currently working in a busy, successful restaurant in Inverness, Scotland. I have never Written, or published any of my work before, but I have passed on many useful skills, pointers and tips throughout my career to colleagues, friends and family alike. I am hoping through the use of this site, I will learn to be able to pass on my knowledge of cookery and catering to others through writing, and help build, or build on, much more peoples passions for food and cookery
