I have been writing since I took my first "Diary" to school at the age of 8 and read it aloud to the class.
I wrote a story at age 11, that was taken away from me by a bus driver because of its explicit language. This was a personal story and not a very nice one.
I've since studied journalism, creative writing at New School and hosted Poetry Readings in New York City at Zinc Bar: New Moon Readings, which was a forum of other poets and writers as well.
Currently working on book for tweens about, hmm...let's keep that a secret for now.
It turns out that most of the people in my extended family like writing except for my 10 year old, who has dyslexia.
My Journalism teacher once told me that I was a descendant of Arthur Henry Hallam--Victorian poet--she got this information from my ancient ailing great grand aunt at the time--who was a Wolfe. In my research this could very well be true.
My interest are varied...The current state of Politics is fueling me at present. I am interested in truth, as much truth, as we the people are possibly allowed.
