I'm a single work from home Mom living in the Lake District in England. I have juggled time, work and money for years and have now found a way of getting enough of each.  If I can, so can you.  I have lived in 4 countries and have had a diverse career path. I am a helper and catalyst trained as a nurse, alternative practitioner, NLP practitioner and am an internet addict.  I work at the intersection of health, mind and technology.

 I love cooking and sharing food with friends, especially outside.  Nature, camping and wild places rock my boat as do community arts.    

I have 3 fantastic children, 15, 12 and 19.  My pride and joy is Magic the purple VW campervan and I am owned by 2 crazy mad dogs!
