Greetings!  I live in the Midwest and travel frequently for work and pleasure.  I like to think of myself as a participant in life, rather than a spectator.  I have numerous hobbies.  Unfortunately, like many of us, work seems to get in the way of having time for all my hobbies.  Among my hobbies are skydiving, scuba diving, yoga, triathlon, adventure racing, P90X, and mountain biking.  I'm in my 30s and already feel ready to retire....too bad my 401k and IRA are worth half what they were a couple years ago!

I'm new to hubbing/blogging and thought I'd try it out.  I enjoy writing and sharing experiences.  Most of my writing has been for school these days though, so this is a nice outlet to read non-school related material and write about things non-school related.
