I am not judgmental of people and I also am devoted to family. I have a yearning to continually learn and I hope that keeps me alive and productive for many many more years to come. I believe that everyone who can take care of themselves has the ability to listen to their body and realize that to live a healthy life we need to care about what we injest into our bodies. We are what we eat not only affects the body but our mind, attitude and relationship with those who are close to us . I joined Hubpages because I have a lifetime of educational and work experience and I know I have much to offer and at the same time more to learn from fellow Hubbers.
