While this isn't exactly fan mail, you may consider a hub on the impact of The Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, The Financial Institutions Reform Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, The Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992, The Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994, and The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Financial Modernization Act of 1999) on modern banking and the real estate market. Also, I still believe that The Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 should never have been repealed.
