I'm a born and bred New Englander and currently live about 45 minutes from the Big Apple. Single Mom of 3 kids and recent empty-nester. Two kids in college. One all graduated, married and a new mom of twin girls!

I held a longtime position in Corporate America in Brand Marketing, Market Research and Category Management. I left Corporate America to find a decent quality of life that had been missing for a while from all of the traveling, dismal hours and long commutes.

I continue to work in Marketing, but now on the Internet side in international luxury real estate.

I'm an avid foodie, and maintain three foodie blogs as well.

Chef Mom Cooks is a compilation of recipes that have been handed down in my family, foods that we've grown to love in different regions of the country, and just my family's favorites.

Make Ahead Meals is my passion derived from years of being a single-parent soccer mom. All of the recipes use fresh ingredients with not one can of "cream of" soup used in any of the recipes!

A Cookie for Every Country was started due to my passion for making unique Christmas cookies. Here I've documented authentic and traditional cookie recipes from countries all over the world.
