My serenity is the beach.. writing is second next to that.  In all of lifes crazy and mixed up days, time to myself is few and far between.

I have an amazing, and huge family, and I love them to death.  Without my family, I wouldn't be who or where I am today.  They have given me the strength to break down walls and move mountains.

I am in love with the most amazing man I've ever met in my life.  He has been by my side through some troubling times, and we always pull ourselves out of it.  He has seen me at my worst, when I'm on the edge of breaking down, and he loves me regardless.  He is my anchor in the angry sea of life.

I am an OLD 21, most of the time I feel like I'm 40 rather than 21.  Instead of partying and going to clubs, I go to school full time.  Same with my fiance.  We don't dig the whole party scene anymore, because we now know that adult life isn't easy, and isn't a party.  We work, we go to school, and we spend time with the people who matter most.

I live each day like it's my last.  I've taken time off work to focus on my school, and I've enjoyed every second of it.  Yea, it gets hard to survive sometimes on limited funds, but as long as there is a roof over my head, food in my stomach, and love in my heart,  I have all I'll ever need.

I love for today, and tomorrow, til forever.  I've been through too many bad guys to not appreciate the good one I have now.  I have a lot of life left to live, and I'm taking it slowly so I don't miss all of the little moments that are too often overlooked.  Each breath is a blessing, and no matter what they say, we are all LUCKY to be here.
