I joined the US Navy in 1987. Spent two years in Japan where I got to see the world. After the navy I became a Police Officer in 1994. Now I work 9 months a year in the same high school I graduated from. In the summer I go back to normal police work. If there is such a thing! In Oct 2007 I joined Beach Body to get back into shape. I used P90X and it made such a huge difference in my life. I know it sounds crazy that a DVD workout program can change you life, but it did! I am now "More durable" as my buddy Tony Horton would say! I really love everything about Beach Body. In Nov of 2007 I started coaching for Beach Body. I just knew this was what I was meant to do. I love helping my customers reach there goals. I love that there is nothing negative about Beach Body. What we do is based on three simple ideas.
