My name is Carol and I am older than I want to admit. .
I live in Kalamazoo, MI in a Victorian Queen Anne. It is a work in progress and I never seem to reach the "all done" phase.
I have a wide variety of interests that include:
Gardening-especially herbs both culinary and medicinal
Working on my house-an on going project
Reading, especially, Detective, spy, adventure plus fantasies (I love dragons and magic) and science fiction. No romances for me. Oh and books on gardening and home repair and restoration.
Looking for bargains in resale shops-I am a collector of stuff. I have a wide variety of collection that include vintage linens, china and glassware, purses and silk scarves.
My children, all four of them are now out of the house. I just sent my youngest to his second year ot U of M. So now it's just me and my boxer Blade and my cats, Ms. Kitty, Peter and Sinatra.
My profession is Medical Techology, I worked in hospital laboratories for 26 years. Now I do product research from home for a company that manufactures and sells alternative medicine supplements. I do their new product research so they will have detailed information on their products on hand in case the FDA stops by for a chat.
