Born and raised in the beautiful island of Trinidad. I am an offical trini living in the U.S.A and simply loving it. Trinidad food is one of my passions, though I am not a chef by trade I consider myself an expect with 15 years of experience cooking trini foods and I love sharing it with people of different walks of life. Having the opportunity to teach folks about the different cultures in Trinidad through the variety of foods is an absolute dream come through for me.
