He is a high school senior, planning on leaving for a two year church mission in the fall.  Jon enjoys writing and singing songs, playing the guitar, and also enjoys playing a wide array of other musical instruments.  His career is still undecided in the future while some fields that interest him are organic chemistry, being a one man band (so to say), being a teacher (science, math, band, or choral instructor), medical professions, and basically any science field.

 He currently is employed by Shopko and HyVee, saving up money to go to college and the church mission.  After his mission, Jon will attend NIACC and ISU in several years.  He hopes to make a positive difference in the world in any way he can.

Jon's real passion, however, is music.  He hopes that through his music he can touch the lives of others.  "Together, we can help build the world into what we think it should be."
