I have been working in IT for over 10 years now and have changed jobs over 5 times.  This is just the kind of personality I am and you should never stay still in IT for too long anyway.  I have a heap of experience in job searching, writing resumes and cover letters and attending interviews because I apply for at least 20 jobs each time I move.  It sure does keep me busy but it keeps me sharp too.
