Over the past 40 years I've lived all over the Boston area and all over the world. Now, I'm in Cambridge with my wonderful wife where we are trying our best to raise the cutest Irish/Japanese-American baby boy you've ever seen and a great big white dog who also thinks he is our baby boy. We're finding out as we go how to raise a bilingual/bicultural child and I imagine there is a lot of fun and challenge ahead. We keep a close eye on national and international news, cheer on our beloved Sox and Pats, and wonder at the political freakshow of a one-party state like Massachusetts.
